Aerobic bacteria, mycoplasma, ureaplasma, chlamydia and gonococcus with PCR method.

How to prepare for the exam

Wait at least 7 days after the end of any antibiotic therapy.
Wait 5 days after the end of your period.

Method of collection

Wash your hands with water and detergent and, with particular care, the urethral orifice and the surrounding area. Then dry the cleaned areas.
Open the sterile container taking care not to touch the edge and the inside.
COLLECT A SMALL QUANTITY OF THE FIRST COLLECTION OF URINE in the sterile container.
Close the container well, taking care not to contaminate the edge
send to the laboratory as soon as possible, otherwise store in the fridge at 4°C for a maximum of 24 hours.
Keep away from heat sources.
