Preparation for the test
- Do not apply antiviral creams for at least 7-10 days before the test
- Do not use antiviral therapy for at least 7-10 days before the test
- Do not have menstruation
- Do not apply ANY TYPE of cream on the lesion
- Fasting is NOT necessary
