Sample Delivery
Sample delivery is available daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., without an appointment.
Sample Collection
Sample collection is performed on Thursday mornings, by appointment only. Call 055 474983.
The test takes approximately 30 minutes.
Preparation for the test
  • The test is performed between the 15th and 25th day of the cycle.
  • It is recommended to abstain from intercourse in the 4 days before the test.
  • Do not take any antibiotic therapy in the 30 days before the test.
Result ready in a maximum of 7 days, also by email.

How to collect results

Results can be received by email, ordinary mail or collected personally at HeLab from Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In case you delegate someone to deliver your sample or to collect your result, it is necessary to present the signed form “Sample delivery form” or “Result collection form” together with the copy of your own ID card and the copy of the person’s ID card you delegate.
